You agree that any information or guidance provided does not constitute or substitute for legal, psychological, financial, medical or business advice, as I am not licensed to give any of this advice, in any legal way.
You understand and agree that Francesca claims no responsibility whatsoever to any person or entity for any liability, loss, or damage caused, or alleged to be caused, both directly and indirectly as a result of the communication you received.
A psychic or medium should not be used in place of a licensed therapist or medical professional. If you are feeling unwell, please visit your medical professional immediately. If you are attending a group reading, please be courteous and respectful of the others, as well as the information others have received. We are here to have an enjoyable and beautiful experience together. If your group event is in person, it is kindly suggested that there be no alcohol or drug consumption during the reading, as I would like for you to have the best experience possible.
If you are attending a group session online, there is to be NO private messaging between attendees, NOR any soliciting, flirting, harassing, stalking or catfishing of ANY KIND. THERE IS A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY WITH PRIVATE MESSAGING BETWEEN ATTENDEES DURING EVENTS.
If this occurs, PLEASE NOTIFY EVENT HOST AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY WILL BE RELEASED FROM THE EVENT AND BLACK LISTED FROM FUTURE EVENTS.
Please keep an open heart and open mind as to who and what information comes through. This is not a direct telephone line to the other side, and I have no control over who comes through, or what information Spirit brings forward. Please do not “feed the medium”; meaning, the less information known, the better. Please try to respond with a simple, “yes,” “no,” “I don't know,” or “I need more information,” as I would like to try to receive the information intended to pass along, directly from the Spirit world. I will allot time at the end for feedback when we share information.
If readings are done via Zoom, please be in a quiet area with a stable camera, stable internet or WiFi connection.
Please do not drive while you are receiving your reading.
Payment is due right before our scheduled appointment.
If you are running late or must reschedule, please let me know. There will be a 10 minute grace period if you are running late, after that our reading will be canceled and you can reschedule at a later date. If you must reschedule our session once the appointment is made, please allow at least 24 hours notice prior to our appointment to let me know. It is very important to remember that due to scheduling and other appointments, I must follow a strict schedule. Please be courteous.
